Hood off, this is a clean urban shell. A matte face, the main zipper under a magnetic storm flap, hand pockets on invisible zippers, mirrored chest pockets. Nothing on the outside gives it away. Then the weather turns and the construction does the work. Three-layer bonded laminate: 88% graphene-integrated nylon face with 12% spandex, a hydrophilic PU membrane rated 20K/20K. Interior seams taped on a single bonded surface. PFAS-free water-repellent finish. Face fabric tested to 150,000 Martindale rubs without failure. GRAPHTOUGH™. Snap the hood back on and it clears a ski helmet. Pit zippers under both arms dump heat under load. Laser-cut vents inside the front pockets move air when the pockets are open. Inner sleeved cuffs seal the wrist against wind. Embossed shoulder panels take the abrasion where pack straps sit. Standard fit, cut to take a midlayer, with an internal loop at the back of the neck to hold one in place. Fourth build of the jacket this brand started with. Our most capable jacket yet.

Graphene goes into the nylon before the yarn is spun, so the strength sits in the fiber itself. That is GRAPHTOUGH™. On the Everything Proof Shell it is a 70D matte twisted nylon face, 88% graphene-integrated, tested under the Martindale abrasion protocol: a sample rubbed against a standard abradant under load until the threads break. Military specification asks for 20,000 rubs. This fabric passed 150,000. Graphene in the yarn also makes the face antibacterial, anti-UV and highly moisture wicking, so the durability story and the comfort story come from the same fiber.
